About Erina
With over 27 years of experience in movement, performance and education, Erina Martins is a passionate and respected figure in the world of physical wellness and training. A former athlete, she brings the discipline of competitive sport into every class she leads, combining strength, precision and emotional presence.
She holds a degree in Physical Education and Sports from the Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, where she specialised in Sports Sciences with a focus on teaching and performance. Her approach is rooted in solid scientific knowledge, but always delivered with creativity, energy and intention.
Throughout her career, Erina has taught thousands of students and instructors across Portugal, always with the same mission: to help people move better, feel stronger and connect deeply with their bodies.
Today, she is the Technical Director of Core Collective in Lisbon, and founder of multiple training programs that challenge the body, and elevate the mind.

Entry Requirement
To participate in the workshop, candidates are required to complete 10 Heated Sculpt classes at Core Collective prior to training. The cost of these 10 classes is a promotional €100, available exclusively to workshop participants.
This step is designed to ensure that every participant enters the certification with a solid foundation, practical familiarity, and direct experience of the Heated Sculpt method. By practicing beforehand, you'll be fully prepared to dive into the methodology, class structure, and advanced techniques, maximizing both your learning and teaching potential during the training
